A maximum of 2 animals/unit are permitted. All animals are subject to Management approval and approval is required PRIOR to allowing the animal(s) to enter the unit. Companion animals must also maintain current vaccinations and records must be provided to Management. Caged animals must always remain secured. Snakes, venomous reptiles and fish tanks exceeding 10 gallons are not permitted. Pet fees are non-refundable and are as follows: 1st pet $300, 2nd pet $200. Monthly pet rent is $25/animal. Pet fee(s)/rent do not apply to fish, birds, or small caged animals.
